happy belated autumn equinox 🍂 as the night grows longer than the days, the earth reminds me to slow down : tend to home and community : nourish my networks : take inventory of unconscious thoughts/patterns : dwell in the shadow side longer than usual : hold myself accountable 🤲🏽
willow is nature’s pain reliever and has been used medicinally for centuries. a fallen willow branch can take root and sprout into an entire tree, which speaks to its regenerative and persistent nature. willow has literally held generations before us, being used as weaving material for baskets 🕯
I’m open to altering this marking according to the body part we choose to place it on, but minimum 6-7inches. also open to doing individual components of this marking, shown on last slide 🤎 (I especially enjoy making the roots look like hands 🤲🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽)
